Who we are

Started by two former Australian Defence Force officers in 2016, HomeFront began its life providing quality, affordable home services to meet the high standards of Brisbane’s Army and Air Force communities.

HomeFront has since built a Service Provider Network comprised of hundreds of businesses, representing the best of South East Queensland’s residential cleaners, gardeners, landscapers, licensed pest controllers, tradespeople, locksmiths and more.

How much does Scheduled Cleaning cost and how long does it take?

Our Brisbane cleaners are all fixed at $38/h and are worth every cent. They will usually require anywhere from 2 - 4 hours depending on the size of your home, the frequency of your clean and how much you would like to get done. By selecting Book Instantly above, you can set your time and frequency for your clean, and can modify these at any time in HomeHub as your needs change. Easy!

What happens if I am not 100% happy with my cleaner?

While all of our cleaners are experienced, properly trained and carefully vetted by us, we understand that sometimes you may just prefer a different person. With HomeFront, you can change your cleaner online using HomeHub at any time, for any reason, no questions asked.

How are your cleaners selected and trained?

At HomeFront, we are most proud of our exceptional service providers. They are all Australian owned and operated businesses, are proven performers, and our customers are surveyed by us after every clean to guarantee your ongoing satisfaction. You can be assured that all of our cleaners:

Have received formal training, including a substantial period of time alongside an experienced cleaner prior to working independently
Are Police Checked and ASIC registered
Utilise Quality Assurance checklists
Are formally advised of all customer comments and inputs by us via regular customer survey

Do your cleaners provide all cleaning equipment and products?

HomeFront is a professional home service company, and all of our cleaners come fully equipped with everything needed to do the job. They will not need to borrow your vacuum, mop or detergents, they use commercial grade equipment and products to get the job done quickly and effectively.

Are there any hidden fees or is there anything else I need to know?

All HomeFront services are simple and straightforward. We don't make you sign up to paid subscriptions, we don't charge hidden fees, and you can cancel your service at any time. Our Service Providers are all dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering to the highest standards, and we're happy that that is all we need to do!
